Shipping and Order Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal service issues, or adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control. Delays are especially common during the holiday season and during periods of severe weather. Chérie Lane is NOT responsible for these delays. Please choose appropriate shipping option that meets your timeline with these circumstances considered.*
Chérie Lane is not responsible for any missing packages once it is in the carrier’s hands. Please contact the carrier / your local police authority for advisement if this case arises.
Local Pick Up
We offer local pick up at our Flagship Store in Richardson, TX (2701 Custer Parkway Suite 706 Richardson, TX 75080)!
Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notifying you it is ready to be picked up. If you have not received this notification yet, your order is not ready to be picked up yet (good things take time)! Please have your order number ready at pick up.
Shipping Rates
- Calculated Rates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.*
- Free Shipping: Orders over $250.00 USD qualify for free shipping. Additional offers may apply at the discretion of the owner.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@cherielane.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

What Counts as Damage:
- Stains, spills, missing adhesives, or missing buttons.
- What Does Not Count: Extra thread on seams, minor manufacturing variations (e.g., adhesives or rhinestones).
All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to find a satisfactory resolution. Items mailed back without prior approval will not be accepted. Defective items must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
Important Notes
- Chérie Lane is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Delays during the holiday season or due to severe weather conditions are to be expected.
