Chérie Lane is a fast-growing women’s boutique redefining the online and in-store shopping experience through elevated customer service, live selling, community, and fashion-forward styling. We are known for our classy, chic, sparkly styles and high-energy shopping experiences that make women feel beautiful and confident.

This is NOT traditional retail. Boutique retail moves FAST. Trends change quickly, inventory is limited, and our customers shop with us because of the energy, experience, and personal connection we create.

We are looking for energetic, confident, fashion-forward personalities to join our live selling team and help create exciting shopping experiences across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website.

The Live Selling Host is responsible for:

  • hosting high-energy live sales

  • styling and educating customers

  • driving sales through urgency and engagement

  • building customer relationships

  • creating excitement around launches and events

  • helping customers feel confident in their purchases

Responsibilities 💻

Live Selling & Sales

  • Host live sales across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website platforms

  • Maintain high energy and engagement throughout entire lives

  • Create urgency, FOMO, and excitement around products

  • Explain fit, sizing, styling, and product details confidently

  • Encourage customers to shop in real time

  • Build customer relationships and community during lives

  • Promote upcoming lives, launches, and incentives

 

 

Styling & Product Knowledge

  • Style complete looks head-to-toe

  • Educate customers on:

    • sizing

    • fit

    • fabric

    • styling

    • occasions to wear

  • Stay current on boutique and fashion trends

  • Understand Chérie Lane brands and customer preferences

 

 

Backend Live Operations

  • Ensure products are active on all sales channels before lives

  • Verify products are tagged correctly in Shopify collections

  • Help organize replay collections and live setup

  • Assist with product pinning and live organization

  • Ensure live collections are polished and replay-ready

 

 

Requirements ✨

  • Comfortable and confident on camera

  • Strong communication skills

  • High energy and outgoing personality

  • Must understand boutique/fashion industry trends

  • Strong sales mindset

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

  • Weekend and evening availability required

  • Must thrive in a fast-moving boutique environment

Compensation 💰

Starting Pay:

  • $15–$20/hour depending on experience
