We want you to love your Chérie Lane purchase! If something isn't right, here's what you need to know:
All returns are for store credit only — no refunds or exchanges. Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return and expires 1 year from the date of issue.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted on full-price items only, within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, and in original condition with the original packing slip included.

Garment Care
Apparel: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on low heat if needed. For delicate fabrics or items with embellishments, beading, or intricate details, dry clean only.
Shoes: Spot clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing. Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. For leather and suede styles, use a product-appropriate cleaner and conditioner. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Jewelry: Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box to prevent tarnishing. Gently wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
