⚠️ PLEASE READ THIS POLICY IN FULL BEFORE INITIATING A RETURN. BY PURCHASING FROM CHÉRIE LANE, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS BELOW. ⚠️
We want you to love every purchase from Chérie Lane! If something doesn’t work out, here’s everything you need to know:
Eligibility

Returns are accepted on full-price items only.

Items must be received back within 14 days of the order date.

Items purchased with discount codes, flash sales, or hard markdowns are FINAL SALE.
- We do not answer / approve return requests through the Shop / customer account portal. Please follow these return instructions for easy returns.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — free of stains, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Returns must include the original packing slip (no exceptions).

Non-qualifying returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Items listed for resale (BST/resale groups) before initiating a return are not eligible.
Return Process
Please ensure your order meets all eligibility + condition requirements above before mailing it back.

No email approval is required.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Store credit will be emailed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

If you return an ineligible item:

You will be invoiced $10 for return postage.

If unpaid within 3 days, the item(s) will be donated to a local charity.

⚠️ We are not responsible for lost, late, or damaged return shipments.
Returns & Store Credit

All eligible returns receive store credit only (no refunds).

Store credit expires 1 year from date of issue.

Limit of 3 returns per customer. After 3, no further returns will be accepted.

Shipping expenses are NON-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.
🔄 Exchanges

Chérie Lane does not offer direct size exchanges.

To exchange: purchase the correct size right away and return the incorrect size.

Returning the incorrect size is subject to our full return process (including the 14-day window and customer-paid shipping).

Store credit will be issued for the returned item and can be applied to a future order.
Damages

Report damages within 2 days of delivery by emailing hello@cherielane.com with photos.

Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Normal variations (like loose threads) are not considered damages.
Final Notes

No cancellations, refunds, or price adjustments once an order is placed.

Pre-orders, promotional, and sale items are final sale.
- Chérie Lane is not responsible for any missing or late packages once it is in the carrier’s hands. Please contact the carrier / your local police authority for advisement if this case arises.
🚫 Accidental Purchases, Drunk Ordering & Buyer’s Remorse
All sales at Chérie Lane are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or modifications for accidental purchases, “drunk ordering,” or buyer’s remorse. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their cart and order details before completing checkout. If you accidentally click “checkout,” we are not responsible for the purchase, and all sales remain subject to this return policy.
