 Location: Richardson, TX (Canyon Creek – Two Creeks)
 Reports To: Store Manager / Key Holder
 Employment Type: Part-Time (Includes evenings and weekends; flexible schedule preferred)

Role Overview

As a Store Associate at Cherie Lane, you’re the face of the brand. Whether you’re styling a customer, keeping the store floor flawless, or hyping up the latest arrivals on socials, your energy sets the vibe. You’re personable, reliable, and obsessed with helping women feel confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience + Styling

  • Greet every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine connection

  • Provide personalized styling tips and help each shopper find something they love

  • Learn and share product knowledge with confidence and excitement

  • Go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels seen, celebrated, and confident

Sales + Store Vibe

  • Help the team meet daily sales goals by being proactive, positive, and persuasive

  • Engage in upselling, suggestive selling, and loyalty-building conversations

  • Keep the fitting room and sales floor clean, organized, and visually on point

  • Jump in to assist with inventory, restocks, and floor moves as needed

Team Contribution

  • Support the Store Manager and Key Holders by staying on-task and team-minded

  • Bring good vibes, reliability, and hustle to every shift

  • Be open to feedback and excited to grow personally and professionally

  • Represent the Cherie Lane brand with pride—on the floor and online

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior retail, customer service, or boutique experience is a plus (but not required!)

  • Strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn

  • A love for fashion and helping others feel their absolute best

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

  • Must be 16+ with reliable transportation
