Shipping + Returns
We hope you love your Chérie Lane purchase! Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of the order date for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with original tags attached.
Pre-Authorization Orders
Pre-authorization orders are special orders placed with our vendors just for you! By placing a pre-authorization order, you agree to the following:
- 90-Day Pre-Authorization: Your pre-authorization is valid for 90 days. Your card may be charged once your item is ready and inventory is secured within the 90 days.
- Payment: Once your card is charged, your order is submitted and inventory is released for fulfillment.
- Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, you will have 48 hours to provide an updated payment method. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited.
- Special Orders: Pre-authorization items are ordered specifically for you. Once materials have been purchased and the order is submitted to our vendor, cancellations cannot be accepted.
