We hope you love your Chérie Lane purchase! Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of the order date for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with original tags attached.
Sale/discounted items, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, leggings, swimwear, hats, seasonal items, gift cards, and mystery bags are final sale.
Pre-Authorization Orders
Pre-authorization orders are special orders placed with our vendors just for you! By placing a pre-authorization order, you agree to the following:
- 90-Day Pre-Authorization: Your pre-authorization is valid for 90 days. Your card may be charged once your item is ready and inventory is secured within the 90 days.
- Payment: Once your card is charged, your order is submitted and inventory is released for fulfillment.
- Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, you will have 48 hours to provide an updated payment method. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited.
- Special Orders: Pre-authorization items are ordered specifically for you. Once materials have been purchased and the order is submitted to our vendor, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping was fast, and the beaded cherry detail was perfection. I teach school in Alabama and so many people said “that is so cute” the day I wore it. My older children live in Dallas, and we traveled there for Easter weekend. So many people stopped to me compliment it. I 🩷 it!!!

I love this sweater, was on the waitlist for it to be restocked in my size for MONTHS!!!
, FNALLY, I received the notification it was restocked and I ordered it in my size only to get a phone call days later that they made a mistake and they did not have my size if I wanted to size up reluctantly I did it since I had to wait so long when I receive the sweater it is way too large and I cannot wear it and I’m stuck with it since there is no return policy on it. I wish their system was better monitored and had a better knowledge of their stock. I’m not happy with the sweater only because I cannot wear it, and I can’t exchange it either so definitely not five stars on the customer Service and less stars since I paid for a product I cannot wear.
