🌟 Returns & Store Credit

• All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received and expires 1 year from the date of issue.
• Returns are accepted on full-price merchandise only within 14 days of your order date.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with original tags attached, and include the original packing slip.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale or promotion
• Jewelry & accessories
• Bodysuits, intimates, leggings & swimwear
• Hats
• Seasonal & holiday merchandise
• Gift cards
• Mystery bags

💳 Pre-Authorization Orders

• A pre-authorization allows you to reserve an item that is currently out of stock.
• Your card is not charged when you place your pre-authorization order. Instead, your payment method is authorized to reserve your spot in line.
• We use the total number of pre-authorizations received to determine how many units to reorder from our vendor.
• Because inventory is ordered specifically based on customer demand, pre-authorization orders cannot be canceled.
• We have up to 90 days from the date your pre-authorization is placed to receive the inventory, process your payment, and ship your order. While many orders arrive sooner, vendor production and shipping timelines can vary.
• Once your item arrives at Chérie Lane, we will charge the payment method on file and ship your order.
• If your payment is declined when we attempt to process your order, we will contact you and give you 48 hours to provide an updated payment method.
• If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your pre-authorization will be forfeited, your order will be canceled, and the reserved inventory will be offered to the next customer in line.

📸 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@cherielane.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Apparel: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on low heat if needed. For delicate fabrics or items with embellishments, beading, or intricate details, dry clean only.

Shoes: Spot clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing. Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. For leather and suede styles, use a product-appropriate cleaner and conditioner. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Jewelry: Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box to prevent tarnishing. Gently wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

When in doubt, refer to the care label on your specific item.
