Pre-Authorization Orders

Pre-authorization orders are special orders placed with our vendors just for you! By placing a pre-authorization order, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: Once your card is charged, your order is submitted and inventory is released for fulfillment.
  • Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, you will have 48 hours to provide an updated payment method. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited.
  • Special Orders: Pre-authorization items are ordered specifically for you. Once materials have been purchased and the order is submitted to our vendor, cancellations cannot be accepted.

This boutique has misrepresented their product. I purchased this enewton bracelet along with 2 others for a total of about 200.00. The wording of the product mentions regular (6.25’), extends (7.25’, or egirl (5.5”), which by the way, is the very same wording on the eNewton brand website. Do not be fooled. You will be charged for the return and charged again for returning the product to you to avoid donating your 200.00 of product.

If this were the same bracelet style offered in different sizes—such as Regular, Extended, or eGirl—those would be listed as separate size variants for customers to select on the product page. That is not how this product is set up or presented on our website.
Enewton also encourages retailers to use the product information and terminology from their website, which we followed for this listing. The product title did not state that this bracelet was an “Extended” version, just as Enewton’s own product title does not identify this particular item as Extended.
In our five years of business, we have never received this type of complaint regarding this product or our Enewton listings. We’re sorry the item did not meet your expectations, but we stand behind the accuracy of the product listing and information provided at the time of purchase.
